A national early childhood development study cited by Development Workshop Namibia found that three out of four Namibian children are not considered ready for school. The organization's ECD project, which began in 2023, is working to improve learning quality in informal settlements by supporting 30 centres, 64 teachers, and over 1,042 children through infrastructure construction, learning materials, and educator training.
