Secretary to Cabinet Emilia Mkusa announced that veteran journalist and former Namibian Sun editor Toivo Ndjebela has been appointed deputy executive director in the Prime Minister's Bureau, effective 1 October. Cabinet Secretariat executive director Petrus Sindimba was also named acting accounting officer in the Office of the Prime Minister for the same date through 31 December.
