The competition invited submissions around the theme "Namibia's Identity: The Linework of a Country's Contours and Wealth," and was judged by multidisciplinary artists Lungiswa Gqunta and Tuli Mekondjo, scholars André du Pisani and Nashilongweshipwe Mushaandja, and curator Rapheal Chikukwa.
