The Rössing Foundation, corporate social investment arm of China National Uranium Corporation, is taking the Ondangwa-based Katutura Youth Enterprise Centre (Kayec) to the High Court to evict it from leased land, alleging failure to pay municipal services and unauthorised building changes.
