Namibian mountain biker Roger Suren, 18, has been competing for the Alpecin Premier Tech Development team in Europe's UCI MTB World Cup series and recently won the overall men's title at the Namibia National Cross-Country Championships at Bergquell, finishing nearly 10 minutes ahead in the u23 race. Suren was signed by the professional team after winning silver in the XCO Cross-Country Olympic race at last year's UCI Junior World Championships in Switzerland.
